Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Al Manzel website operated by us. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Product Description and Refunds: If the product you order does not match the description or images provided on our website, a return is possible within 14 days and a full refund will be granted to the customer. Additionally, if the product is found to be damaged upon delivery, a full refund will also be provided.
Order Placement and Cancellation: Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the item will be dispatched for delivery to your provided address. Please note that cancellation is not possible after dispatch. After placing an order online, we will contact you through your phone number or email address to confirm the order before dispatching the products to your location.
Warranty and Defects: If a product is covered by a warranty and experiences sudden defects without an apparent cause, the customer may contact us. During the warranty period, the customer is eligible to return the product and receive a replacement.
Payment Terms: Transactions will be settled in cash at your doorstep. Payment can be made in either US dollars or its equivalent in Lebanese Lira, based on the prevailing Market Exchange rate at the time of delivery.
Delivery Times and Charges:
- After the order is confirmed, it will be dispatched and delivered to your doorstep within up to 5 days, depending on your location.
- If you're located in Beirut, the product should typically arrive within the same day or the second day.
- If the order address is outside Beirut, it could take anywhere between 2-4 or 2-5 days.
- Delivery costs are approximately $4 for standard size products.
- Unless the item includes free delivery, there will be no additional costs.
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
